Digital delivery

Bea's Calm-Alone Kit is a digital product. No physical item is shipped and no shipping charge applies.

After successful payment, a download link is sent automatically to the email address entered at checkout. The kit contains three English PDF files: the 16-page Calm-Alone Guide, the 5-page fillable workbook, and the one-page quick reference.

Accessing your files

Check that your checkout email address is correct. If the download email is missing, check your spam or promotions folder and contact us through the Bea & Co. contact form with your order number.

Download and save the PDFs to your device. Use a compatible PDF reader to complete and save the workbook fields, or print blank pages for personal household use.
